Shared clients will be located on a Space 48 dedicated shared server that is optimised for Magento. This includes the following features:

• Server Monitoring. We monitor the servers 24/7 and have notifications in place for uptime, application speed etc.
• Optimised Linux server designed for Magento, MySQL database server, memory limits enhanced settings.
• Scheduled backups for database and source code.

There are 3 tiers of shared solution available which offer varying degrees of resource, therefore allowing growth.

DEDICATED

Using our experience of Magento we will build you a dedicated solution that includes:

• 1 or more dedicated server(s)
• 24/7 server and application monitoring.
• Managed backups.
• Caching acceleration available for ultimate performance.
• A custom solution built for your requirements. We have experience with load balancing high availability and redundancy.
