We hire and train graduates from all STEM degrees to work as software engineers

Space 48’s graduate scheme offers smart STEM graduates the opportunity to begin a career as a software engineer, regardless of previous experience.

Led by experienced software engineers, our graduates spend the first three months of their time with us in full time training, working on numerous mini projects with other graduates in order to learn the technical skills and theory it takes to become excellent software engineers.

This investment in training allows us to hire the smartest people, even if they have little previous experience writing software.

Dates and other information

Space 48 is remote first which means that we don’t have physical offices, and so our whole team works from home. Our graduates will join us 1st October 2021 on a full-time contract, with a competitive salary from the first day of training. At the moment, we can only employ individuals who are physically based in the UK and we do offer tier 2 sponsorship to candidates who require it.We will begin reviewing CVs as we receive them. We intend to begin interviewing and responding to candidates in March 2020. All interview rounds will be conducted by video call (the first round will be a short meeting, followed by two later rounds of testing and in-depth discussion for candidates who reach those stages). We aim to begin making offers to candidates inApril 2021.
